I don't own a large enough USB pen drive to make this uLaunch transfer to HD work, if I had a 4gb, 2gb or even 1gb drive I would consider it, but I only have a 128mb stick and perhaps 40gb of videos to move (if converted to DVD movie format they would likely exceed the capacity of my 250gb drive). The drive appears unpartitioned through Partition magic to begin with, it doesn't recognize the PS2 game partitions so this was a dead-end. It tells me it already has a folder in there with the same name as the file I'm intending to put in there, and if I let it replace it with the file the transfer will still fail and I could potentially corrupt the partition (which I did once before, before fixing it through WinHIIP).Ĭreating a new partition through Partition magic also worked, but corrupted something on the drive that once again required me to fix it through WinHIIP. Let me clarify, I've managed to access the folder on the HDD (actually a separate partition seen as a folder through FTP), but transferring files into the folder doesn't work. Either the media is unrecognizable on this drive or the burn speed was too fast, I burned these discs for use in PCs before I even purchased a PS2. The suggested retail price for HALion Sonic 3 is 249 euros, including German VAT. The suggested retail price for HALion 6 is 349 euros, including German VAT. Product availability may vary depending on reseller. I have uLaunch, tried it's built in FTP program, didn't work, tried putting in my owned pre-burned DVD discs with the video files on them and the drive wouldn't recognize the files. The HALion 6, HALion Sonic 3 and Absolute 3 full retail versions are available from resellers and through the Steinberg Online Shop.
